And in very plain language, here are the SPECIFIC details about us, our site, you (our site visitors and/or customers) your information, and how we use it:
We provide/host information about products and services that do not require you to register for an account or provide any personal information to us (ninety-five percent of our website, to include our online store, would be included in this statement).
If you sign up for a Mothering Grace Account ("register" in/at our online store) , we will ask you for personal information (such as your name, email address and an account password).
You are able and authorized to register of your own consent, and it is in no way a "requirement" for continued browsing... it is merely a convenience that we offer to you, our visitor/customer.
If you use our online store to purchase products from us using a credit card, you will need to give us your credit card or other payment account information which we will transport in encrypted form to our banking partners' secured servers.
At no time will ANY of your personal information be used by us or any of our banking partners for anything other than fulfilling your purchase.
At no time will we ever provide any other entity (for any reason) any of your information. We will not sell (nor give away) any of your information to any advertisers, service providers or search engines.
When you visit Motheringgrace.com, we send one or more cookies (a small text file) to your computer or other device that uniquely identifies your computer, browser and network. We use these cookies to provide shopping cart functionality, for storing (your) user preferences, and to improve search results.
Our web servers automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit our website. These server logs may include information such as your web request, Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser.
Unless your visit to our website included/involved/concluded with an online purchase from our online store, we will not maintain a record of your visit. Traffic logs will be discarded every 24 hours.
Our Site Privacy Policy applies to our website and services only. We do not (and cannot) exercise control over the sites that may have referred you to ours, nor can we control/affect the privacy policies of any other sites that we may provide links to or for.
Mothering Grace will actively and vigorously pursue and prosecute (with extreme predjudice) any entity that willfully uses and/or abuses the private information that you provide us.
Our Opt-Out policy is simple: Any information that you may have provided to us at any time can and will be permanently deleted from our records upon your request (this does not include records of financial transactions, for obvious legal and accounting reasons).
We implement security measures to protect against unauthorized access to your information. These measures include (but are not limited to) routine risk assessments of our physical security as well as internal reviews of our data collection, storage and processing practices, and audits of our software systems and networking.
We restrict access to your personal information solely to Mothering Grace employees who need to know that information in order to fulfill your purchase. These individuals are bound by confidentiality obligations and may be subject to criminal prosecution if they fail to meet these obligations.
In the event our Site Privacy Policy changes, it will be modified and hosted here immediately.
