Please be advised that we cannot replace or refund diapers due to the following problems: repelling, shot elastic, staining, leaking or incorrect sizing.

FuzziBunz:  FuzziBunz offers the best warranty to its customers in the industry, always has, always will. We do not believe that it should be our Retailers responsibility to replace any defective product. We would rather handle that directly with the customer for the speediest resolution to the problem.

Diaper will not be replaced with new product or refunded due to repelling (or any kind of residue build-up), shot elastic, staining, leaking or size discrepancies.

If you experience any defects covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, please fill out the FuzziBunz™ Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form located at: www.fuzzibunz.com/rma. All warranty requests must have a proof of purchase receipt. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Snappi:  Snappi® Baby warrants Snappi® products against manufacturer's defect for one month after date of purchase.  This warranty includes replacement of the product, if the broken product is returned to Snappi® Baby with proof of purchase, and it is determined to Snappi® Baby's satisfaction, that the breakage or defect was not caused by improper use of the product.  This warranty does NOT cover the breakage of the loops on the Snappi® fasteners.  These loops are NOT to be pulled on when attaching the Snappi® fastener to the diapers.  When attaching the Snappi®, hold onto the solid part of the tab.  The loops are designed for the safety feature of the Snappi®, as described above, when it is not in use.  The thin loop acts as a barrier preventing the sharp teeth from being exposed. 

Thirsties: Defects are rare, but if they do occur within 90 days of purchase, please contact us to let us know of the problem.  Please include a brief explanation of the problem. Defects include loose stitching, holes, mis-sewn, etc. Staining, fading, and potential build-up is considered normal 'wear and tear' and does not suffice for replacement purposes.  If you have a question or issue that does not fall within this warranty information or you have misplaced your proof of purchase, please email karen@fuzzibunz.com or call 1-866-DRY-BABY.
